Our main goal is to offer guests the possibility to stay at Los Cauquenes and enjoy our services autonomously and without barriers, making their stay easier and more accessible.
As we do not have a hydraulic lift to access our swimming pool, we offer special rates for guests with reduced mobility.

Welcome to Los Cauquenes
Firstly, the parking atLos Cauquenes Resort & Spa & Experiences is located near the main entrance. It has a reserved space on the left side for people with reduced mobility, and it’s marked with the International Symbol of Access.
Moreover, the entrance of the hotel is also accessible. Our staff (Bellman) opens the doors for all guests entering and exiting.

Accessible rooms
We have two accessible rooms, both on the first floor. Number #001 is the first room in the hallway and is designed for people with disabilities and/or reduced mobility, and room Number #003 is for people with audiovisual disabilities.
Room #001 Details:
- The bed can be assembled both double or twin, and its height can be adapted according to the type of disability
- The closet doors are folding, and are equipped with a hanging rod at a height reachable by a person with a disability
- The safe box is inside the wardrobe on a low shelf, and it is easy to operate
- The windows are accessible and easy to open
- The desk can be adapted according to the type of disability
- The mirror is on the wall in an inclined position
Bar and Restaurant
The areas ofReinamorarestaurant and the Wine Bar are easily accessible from the main entrance and front desk of the hotel, located on the first floor. These areas are visited by city residents and guests staying at the hotel.
Details:
- The entrance door is ideal as both panels can be opened
- The general lighting is uniform
- We have a table adapted to people with disabilities
- We have a Braille menu and digital format with the option to enlarge the font size for people with low vision
- The menu has options for celiac, diabetic, or vegetarian people
- In case a person in a wheelchair wants to use the deck or terrace, our staff will assist at all times
At Los Cauquenes Resort + Spa + Experiences we accept service dogs with proper certification (Service Dogs Admission, Argentinean National Law N°26858)
